We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in the Carefree and Fountain Hills areas.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families on home safety and adaptive techniques.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current AZ OT license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
