**Job Title:** BCBA Program Manager **Location:** Santa Clarita, CA **Salary:** $75,000 – $88,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA Program Manager to oversee our ABA programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. **Responsibilities:**

• Lead and supervise a team of BCBAs and RBTs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct staff training and provide ongoing support.

• Collaborate with families and other professionals.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications:**
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience in program management preferred.
