Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our healthcare team in Pittsfield. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
• Administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
• Assisting with daily living activities and patient education.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications: Must hold a valid LPN license in Massachusetts and possess excellent communication skills.
