**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities under supervision.
Monitor patient progress and report findings to the therapist.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
**Qualifications:**
Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.
Current PTA license in Massachusetts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
