We are seeking a skilled Dosimetrist to join our team in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Developing radiation treatment plans in collaboration with radiation oncologists.
Utilizing advanced software to calculate accurate dosages and ensure patient safety.
Conducting quality assurance checks on treatment plans and equipment.
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of treatment plans.
Participating in patient consultations and providing education on treatment processes.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Medical Dosimetry or related field.
– Certification by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) preferred.
– Strong analytical and communication skills.
