We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Portland, ME. The ideal candidate will support individuals with mental health challenges by providing direct care and assistance.

Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.

Monitor and document client behavior and progress.

Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals.

Facilitate group activities and therapeutic sessions.

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in behavioral health preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
