**Job Title:** Physical Therapist, Home Health **Location:** Rhode Island **Salary:** $60 – $125 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide in-home care for patients in Rhode Island. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving patient mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Rhode Island.
• Experience in home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
