This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional end-of-life care to patients and their families. **Responsibilities:**

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients during weekends.

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

Provide emotional support and education to families.

**Qualifications:**

Current RN license in Maine, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospice care are essential. Experience in palliative care is preferred.
