**Job Title:** Licensed Therapist Residential **Location:** Youngstown, OH **Salary:** $20 – $25 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our residential team in Youngstown, OH. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to residents facing mental health challenges. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Current Ohio licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
