We are seeking a dedicated LPHA – Social Worker to join our team in Waukegan, IL. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients, ensuring their emotional and psychological well-being.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
Maintain accurate documentation and case records.
Advocate for clients’ needs and connect them with community resources.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Social Work.
Current LPHA licensure in Illinois.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
