**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor **Location:** West Hills, CA **Shift:** 12 HR Shift, 7 PM – 7:30 AM **Salary:** $45 – $50 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated RN Night Supervisor to oversee patient care during night shifts.

**Responsibilities:**

Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care

Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans

Manage emergency situations and coordinate with physicians

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff

**Qualifications:**

Current CA RN license

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
