We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nursing Manager with an active RN license to oversee nursing operations in our facility.
**Responsibilities:**
Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
Monitor patient outcomes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient services.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and budgetary responsibilities.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Washington State.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
