We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director – BCBA to lead our team in providing exceptional behavioral health services. This role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical operations and staff training

Develop and implement behavior intervention plans

Conduct assessments and monitor client progress

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Current BCBA certification

Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
