Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to join our team in San Diego, CA. This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 – $120,000 per year, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
Develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate client records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work
Current California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in clinical settings preferred
