Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Woodbridge, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to work with multiple cases within a 10-minute drive, providing flexible and rewarding experiences in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers.
- BCBA certification and active license in NJ.
- Experience in ABA therapy and case management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $90 – $105 per hour.
