**Job Title: Clinical Director (LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1)** **Location: Reading, MA** **Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to lead our mental health and substance use treatment programs in Reading, MA. The ideal candidate will provide clinical oversight, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement treatment protocols.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct staff training and development.

Requirements:

• LICSW, LMHC, or LADC-1 licensure required.
