**Job Title: Physical Therapy Clinic Supervisor** **Location: Philadelphia, PA** **Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 per year** We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Clinic Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a valid PA license and over 4 years of physical therapy experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic operations and staff management

Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinic policies

Develop and implement treatment plans for patients

Conduct staff training and performance evaluations

Requirements:

Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License

4+ years of clinical experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
