**Responsibilities:**
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and wellness strategies.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
**Requirements:**
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
Current NJ state licensure or eligibility.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for patient care and rehabilitation.
