**Job Title: Director of Nursing, RN** **Location: Bethesda, MD** **Salary: $110,000 – $115,000 per year**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in Bethesda, MD. Responsibilities:- Oversee nursing staff and patient care operations.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient outcomes.
- Current RN license in Maryland.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of nursing experience, with leadership roles.
