**Job Title: RN Clinical Manager** **Location: Newton, MA** **Salary: $50 – $65 per hour**We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Manager to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional patient care. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership skills to ensure high standards of practice.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily clinical operations and staff management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement patient care protocols.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Current RN license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
