**Job Title: Program Therapist** **Location: Syracuse, NY** **Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated Program Therapist to join our team in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals and groups, fostering mental health and wellness.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Valid NY state licensure (LCSW, LMHC, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
