**Job Title: School Therapist** **Location: Lebanon, MO** **Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 per year**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Therapist to join our team in Lebanon, MO. The ideal candidate will support students’ mental health and emotional well-being, fostering a positive school environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop intervention plans.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records.
  • Facilitate workshops on mental health awareness.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
