We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Grand Blanc, MI. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges through evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
Provide training and support to staff and families.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
