**Salary: $48 – $60 per hour**
We are seeking a dedicated ACT Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Boise, ID. This role focuses on providing comprehensive mental health support to individuals in need, utilizing the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct counseling and support to clients in various settings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
Experience with ACT model preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
