Location: Arlington, TX
Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 a year
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home health team, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients in their homes, enhancing their mobility and overall quality of life.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
**Requirements:**
Valid Texas PT license.
Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a home health setting.
