Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Director/BCBA

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director/BCBA to lead our team in providing exceptional behavioral services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical operations and staff training
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA certification required
  • 5+ years of clinical experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
