**Job Description: Clinical Supervisor – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** Location: Culver City, CA | Salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year | Hybrid (Telehealth & In-Person) We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor – BCBA to lead our team in providing exceptional behavioral health services. This hybrid role combines telehealth and in-person support, allowing for flexibility and innovation in service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement ABA programs for clients.
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and staff.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

    • Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
