**Job Title: Director of Nursing Services** **Location: Keizer, OR** **Salary: $125,000 – $130,000 per year** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing Services to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional patient care. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for nursing excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Current RN license in Oregon.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred.

5+ years of nursing experience, with 3+ in a leadership role.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
