**Job Title: Director of Nursing (DON)** **Location: New Brighton, MN** **Salary: $85,000 – $94,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in New Brighton, MN. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of patient care while managing nursing operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee nursing staff and patient care activities
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
    • Requirements:
  • Current RN license in MN
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred
  • 5+ years of nursing experience, with leadership roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
