**Job Description: Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** We are seeking a dedicated Lead BCBA to join our team in Omaha, NE. - Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
