**Job Description: Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** We are seeking a dedicated Lead BCBA to join our team in Omaha, NE. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
