**Job Title: Mental Health Counselor / LICSW / Supervisor** **Location: Needham Heights, MA** **Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year** We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor with LICSW certification to join our team in Needham Heights. This role involves providing clinical supervision and support to staff while delivering high-quality mental health services to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

  • LICSW certification required.
