Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other staff.

  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

    • Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

  • Current BCBA certification.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
