This role is essential in ensuring effective treatment plans and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and implement ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians.
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
- BCBA certification required.
- Experience in ABA therapy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
