**Job Title: Clinical Director (BCBA)** **Location: Bridgewater, NJ** **Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our team in providing exceptional behavioral health services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations and staff management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide training and supervision to BCBA and RBT staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
