**Job Description: Licensed Clinician/Therapist (LPCA, LMFTA, LMSW)** We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinician/Therapist for a full-time hybrid position in West Hartford, CT. Join our team to provide compassionate care and support to clients in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPCA, LMFTA, or LMSW license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in mental health settings preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year.
