We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our team in Grand Blanc, MI. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $185,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide individual and group therapy to clients.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Conduct assessments and evaluations.
**Requirements:**
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Current Michigan state licensure (LMSW, LPC, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
