Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lynn, MA. This role offers a competitive salary of $70 – $80 per hour, depending on experience. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and staff.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
