**Job Description: Mental Health Professional/Clinical Trainee – Team Lead – ACT** Location: Litchfield, MN Salary: $35.30 – $38.20 per hour We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional/Clinical Trainee to lead our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Litchfield. This role involves providing support and guidance to team members while ensuring high-quality care for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the ACT team in delivering comprehensive mental health services.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate team meetings and case reviews.
  • Provide direct support to clients and families.

    • Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Experience in mental health settings preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
