Job Description

**Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Ludlow, MA. This role offers flexible AM/PM shifts with a competitive salary of $70 – $90 per hour. You will work with clients to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals.

    • Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
