We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director for our ABA clinic in Marietta, GA. The ideal candidate will lead our clinical team, ensuring high-quality services for children with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations and staff management.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide training and supervision to BCBA and RBT staff.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
