Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
- Provide training and support to staff and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year.
