**Job Title: Primary Therapist** **Location: West Palm Beach, FL** **Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to clients facing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
