**Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 per year**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in Kennett Square, PA. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee nursing staff and operations

Requirements:
Current RN license in PA
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred
5+ years of nursing experience, with leadership roles
