Job Title: Physical Therapist – Home Healthcare

Location: Burke, VA

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home healthcare team. This role involves providing personalized therapy services to patients in their homes, enhancing their mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques.

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Virginia.
• Experience in home healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Salary: $100 – $130 per hour
