**Job Description: Program Therapist (Weekends)** Join our dedicated team in Tioga, TX, as a Program Therapist, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. We offer a competitive salary of $25 – $32 an hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
  • Experience in a therapeutic setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
