**Job Description: Therapist – Academy at Sisters** Join our dedicated team at the Academy at Sisters in Bend, OR, where we provide transformative therapeutic services to young women. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to support our mission of fostering growth and healing.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with staff and families to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

    • Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
  • Experience with adolescent populations preferred.

    • Salary: $32 – $39 per hour
