**Responsibilities:**
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
**Requirements:**
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
Experience in outpatient or intensive programs preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary:** $70,000 – $75,000 per year.
