**Job Title: Mental Health Clinician – WISe Program**
**Location: Everett, WA**
**Salary: $68,000 – $70,000 per year**
Join our dedicated team as a Mental Health Clinician in the WISe Program, where you will provide essential support to youth and families in need.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy and crisis intervention services.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
Document progress and maintain accurate records.
**Requirements:**
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Valid Washington State licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or similar).
Experience with youth and family mental health services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
