**Job Description: Licensed Outpatient Therapist (100% Remote)**

**Responsibilities:**
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
**Requirements:**
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
Current state licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.) in Minnesota.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in outpatient therapy preferred.
**Salary:** $75,000 – $185,000 a year.
