**Job Title: Manager Clinical Line RN – Operating Room** **Location: Newport Beach, CA** **Salary: $55.43 – $91.43 per hour**

We are seeking a dedicated Manager Clinical Line RN for our Operating Room to lead our surgical team in providing exceptional patient care. This role requires strong leadership and clinical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage staff performance and development.
• Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff for optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in California.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
